Fitness Class starts first Friday in Sept

It’s official the first fitness class starts on Sept 6th at 8.15.

Open to the public the fitness class will concentrate on your upper/lower body as well as creating a strong core.

The session consists of 3 sets of tabata training concentrating on the 3 elements noted above.

We use lots of equipment to aid the workout. People can work at their own pace and develope their fitness and strengthen their bodies for them as an individual.
